J.P. Parisé Arena

Home To: Seven SSM hockey teams and the SSM figure skating team 

Constructed in 2005, the J.P. Parisé Arena is home to seven Shattuck-St. Mary's Hockey teams as well as the Figure Skating team. Students have exclusive use to the arena for practice as well as games. The New Rink holds 600 fans and uses geothermal technology to maintain high-quality ice all of the time. Connected to John R. Sumner Arena as well as the locker rooms and training facility, the J.P. Parisé Arena is the place to be on game night. Outside of the arena you'll find the Sabre Cafe, where fans can grab a snack or some coffee during long tournaments. 


From the main campus: J.P. Parisé Arena is located directly north of the main campus. As you leave Shattuck-St. Mary's, turn left on Shumway Ave and you'll see the arena a half mile down the road on your left side.
