MEMPHIS, TENN. - Shattuck-St. Mary’s girls soccer alumna Olivia Gauthier ‘15 has received Second Team All-America honors by the United Soccer Coaches organization in her senior season at the University of Memphis.
A native of Saint John, New Brunswick, Gautheir is no stranger to prestigious accolades. In her senior year alone, she was named first-team All-South Region and American Athletic Conference Defensive Player of the Year before receiving her All-American honor.
“Olivia was and continues to be the epitome of an SSM player—intelligent, skillful, courageous, and adaptable. She had a fantastic time here so it has been great to see her continue that success at Memphis and capping it off by earning an All-American election is a testament to talent and consistency,” said Olivia’s former coach and current Director of Girls Soccer Joe DeMay.
