Kraynyk Signs with Ferris State University Men’s Golf

FARIBAULT, MINN. - On Wednesday, Dec. 5, Shattuck-St. Mary’s Golf Center of Excellence member Nathan Kraynyk ‘19 signed his National Letter of Intent to play golf at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Mich. next year.

As he completes his third season with Sabre golf, Kraynyk is looking forward to continuing his golf career with the Division II Bulldogs.

“I’m thrilled to be joining a college where I’m encouraged to pursue my golfing career as well as my academic,” stated Kraynyk.

Ferris State alumna and SSM assistant golf coach Olivia Pizii is also eager to see what FSU holds for Nathan.

“I am so excited for Nathan and his future at Ferris State. He is constantly representing the Golf Center of Excellence is so many positive ways and he will continue to do the same for the men’s golf team and Professional Golf Management Program at FSU. It is a special moment for us as coaches to see one of our current students head off to our alma mater," said Pizii.
